People say to me that I have a very positive outlook and am loyal and generous with my time. Staying fit and enjoying a little exercise most every day is important to me. I like the "spa" time of taking time for myself and letting go of the day, with a 45 minute walk on the treadmill, a yoga class, or swimming laps.
